Spirit-Filled Jesus

Jesus was born by the Spirit, filled by the Spirit, led by the Spirit, empowered by the Spirit, and offered Himself as a sacrifice on the cross by the eternal Spirit. Then at His ascension, He prayed to the Father that His followers would have the same power available to them. However, as modern believers, we have worked very hard to minimize our dependence on the Holy Spirit.
